The right choice depends on how long you're staying, how you like to live, and your budget.

Choose Phuket if you want space, privacy and flexibility

Our Phuket villas suit you if you picture your own pool, a garden and room to spread out. Many have two to three bedrooms. You can book them for a long weekend, a few weeks or several months, so Phuket works whether you're testing island life or settling in for the season.

Our Pattaya condos suit you if you'd rather have restaurants, cafés, gyms and the beach within walking distance. They're furnished, ready to move into, and rented by the month. Pattaya is also a practical choice if you need to reach Bangkok regularly.

Where to stay in Pattaya:

North Pattaya (Wongamat): the city's quiet crescent, with private beachfront, five-star towers and a settled expat community.
Central Pattaya: the lively core between Second Road and Beach Road, with rooftop lounges, co-working cafés and Central Festival nearby.
South Pattaya (Pratumnak and Jomtien): a green, residential hillside above two bays, sky pools and Jomtien's long sunset beach.

Cost: how the two compare

The two cities price differently, so compare them in the same unit:

Phuket villas are priced per night, usually ฿3,000 to ฿10,000+, depending on the villa and the season. You're paying for a whole private home, often with a pool, which can make sense when the cost is split across a family or group.
Pattaya condos are priced per month, usually ฿20,000 to ฿70,000+, depending on the building, size and view. For a solo traveller or couple staying a month or more, this is usually the more affordable option.

In both cities, long-stay and returning guests get better rates. You can also extend if your home is still free.
